Misibis Land, Inc.

Misibis Land, Inc. (MLI) is the developer of a 20-hectare prime commercial and residential property in Cagraray Island, Bacacay, Albay. Nestled in the Pacific, the development area is endowed with pristine white-sand beaches and a scenic route along the Sula Channel. There are two major tourism developments under MLI–the Misibis Residential Resort and the Misibis Residential Property. Also under MLI is the Highlands Legazpi which holds the most sought-after real estate projects in Legazpi City.

Misibis Land was incorporated on July 19, 2004. It is the only leisure development in the country that has been declared as a special tourism economic zone through Presidential Proclamation 998 signed last February 14, 2006.

What makes Misibis Land a real paradise is that it is surrounded by Bicol’s seven wonders of ecotourism—the world-famous Mayon Volcano; the Butanding (whale shark) sanctuary in Donsol, Sorsogon; and the Sula Channel, where old Spanish galleons used take refuge during typhoons. Other natural wonders are the Manta Ray sanctuary in between the waters of Ticao Island in Masbate and Bulan, Sorsogon; the Boiling Lake in Manito, Albay; the underground river, a stretch of stalactite and stalagmite formations, in Cargararay Island; and the Vera Falls on a secluded nook of Mt. Mayon.

Misibis Land Inc. is also the developer of Highlands Legazpi at Brgy. Estanza Legazpi City, offering a million-peso view of Legazpi City, Albay Gulf, and the Mayon Volcano.
